The trainer was very clear and thorough when reading through each chapter and the important things to note. I liked that the materials were mailed to me for training. This allowed me to follow along and highlight key points. Everything was excellent, and well organized.

I really enjoyed the whole course. I took my HUD Certification on Monday 2/28 and passed solely because of this training!

The trainer illustrated great knowledge on each topic and was able to answer questions. For some people they are visual learners and others like to listen to an instructor. I enjoyed both because, when you are doing the training online you read thru the lessons but there is no instructor elaborating on topics and going over the quiz.
