Who is eligible for the training scholarship?
Counselors and staff of HUD Approved Counseling Agencies (HCAs) and the following partnering HBCU’s.
1. Allen University
2. Benedict College
3. Dillard University
4. Paul Quinn College
5. Shaw University
6. Virginia Union University
How do I apply for the training scholarship?
Complete the registration form and when prompted select the scholarship option. Select one of the eligibility requirements displayed.
How long will it take to get my approval for scholarship?
Your application for scholarship will be reviewed for approval within 24-48 hours of submission. A Member of the NEJAC team will contact you if additional information is needed.
When will I receive my training materials?
Training materials are shipped out via UPS the week prior to training.
If I am not eligible for the scholarship, how do I submit payment?
If you are not eligible for NSC’s full tuition scholarship, you will receive further instructions about how to submit your payment.
What happens if I cannot attend all days of the training?
If you are unable to attend all the days of training, a certificate of completion will not be generated. You will have the option to make up any missing training time during the next training at no cost.
Can I attend a previous class as a refresher?
You can attend a class a second time at no cost and use the studying materials previously sent to you. If you wish to enroll in a class for a second time, please contact the NEJAC Team at NEJAC.NSC@NACA.com.
