Scholarship Eligibility
This Pre-Purchase: Owner-Occupied Multi-Family Residential Training is designed for HUD approved counseling agencies and participating HBCU’s interested in learning the skills that will help them effectively manage their rental units and meet their obligations as landlords while observing federal, state and local laws and regulations. To be eligible for the full tuition scholarship you must be a student, alumni, staff or faculty member of one of our partnering HBCU’s or employed by a HUD approved counseling agency when you register. After completing the registration form, your will receive a confirmation message. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a welcome email with the instructions to join the free self-paced training course.
Certificate
Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon completing the training curriculum and final exam.
